This is a compact and sleek, external Battery Package, from Varavon, for the Sony a7S, a7S II, and a7R II cameras. It connects to the camera via an included dummy battery, and can be secured to your camera rig either by touch-fasteners or the Varavon Battery Clamp, both sold separately.
This is a dual-voltage battery; via a selector at the top, you can choose between 7.5V and 12V of output – the latter for compatibility with select Varavon devices. Overall between the two output voltages, it's compatible with the camera, and the Varavon Timeroid, Motoroid, and Birdycam, and it can be used with the camera and Timeroid at the same time.
At 7.5V, the battery delivers 10,400 mAh of capacity, and, at 12V output, you get 5200 mAh. Remaining battery life can continually be checked at the press of a button on the top.
