This grape-colored Vivitar DVR 790HD 3D Digital Video Recorder brings the fun of 3D to your home videos. Capture memories and view home movies in HD via HDMI on any HDTV. The camcorder shoots in 1280 x 720/25p high-definition and captures 5MP digital still images in a 4:3 aspect ratio with a 2592 x 1944 resolution. The camcorder also shoots 3D and 2D video in VGA and QVGA modes. Plus, it can also take 2MP and VGA digital sill images in 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
You can store your footage on an SD card and the DVR 790HD supports up to 32GB cards, so you have the possibility for tons of external memory while you're shooting. There are plenty of shot improving features as well, including white balance, Face Detection, Anti-Shake stabilization, Continue Shot and you can even choose from eight different scene selections to preset all your light sensitivity settings automatically or for scenery, portrait, night scenery, night portrait, high sensitivity and beach.
Once you've captured your footage, you can watch it instantly on the 2.7" TFT LCD display or view the footage on your HDTV via the camcorder's HDMI output. You can also view the footage on an SDTV by using the AV TV-output. In addition, the DVR 790HD features a USB 2.0 interface for transferring your video clips and still images to your PC or Mac, as well as using PictBridge for direct printing. As an added convenience, the camcorder even features the YouTube Express for converting and uploading your videos and photos to YouTube.
