The Amped Wireless High Power 14 dBi Directional Outdoor WiFi Antenna Kit increases the signal strength and range of your WiFi device in a single direction. It works on most 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n devices, such as routers, access points, adapters, cameras and bridges. The high gain antenna provides more powerful, directional, point to point WiFi coverage.
The AD14EX replaces the antenna on your existing WiFi device and concentrates your device's signal into one direction, covering distances of up to 1.5 miles (2.4 km) if you have another high power outdoor antenna on the other end of your connection (second antenna not included). In order to take advantage of this full potential range, the connection must have no obstructions and must have line of sight.
The High Power Outdoor Antenna Kit includes everything you need in order to mount the antenna outdoors on a wall or pole. Also safety-conscious, the AD14EX includes a Premium Surge Protector to protect your wireless devices against electrical surges.
