The Antelope MP8d is an 8-channel class-A microphone preamplifier with A/D conversion. It features XLR/TRS combo connectors, which accept both microphone and line level signals. The channel 1 and 2 TRS Hi-Z inputs are located on the front panel along with a headphone jack and volume rotary controls. You can connect this unit to an outboard gear via inserts on the rear panel. Line level microphone signals can be directly output to the Orion32 and Zen Studio audio interfaces via the D-Sub connector. It also features S/PDIF, AES/EBU, TOSLINK, ADAT, and MADI digital connections for extended compatibility and allow for both easy connection to other outboard gear or DAW.
