The Prospect 2U6M2S Sound Contracting Mixer from APB-DynaSonics is designed for live sound reinforcement applications that require mono, stereo, or left/center/right (LCR) operation. The mixer features six channels of Burr Brown microphone pre-amplifiers as well as two multiple input stereo line input channels. The balanced left, right, and center outputs as well as aux XLR outputs and pre-post master level dual sum mono outputs utilize THAT corporation's OutSmarts technology.
Each mono and stereo input channel features individual solo and channel on switches and each input channel can be assigned to the Left-Right or center mix bus. The mono input channels have high and low frequency EQ with variable high pass filters. The stereo input channels have high and low frequency EQ with a fixed high-pass filter. Individual left, right, center and aux output metering is provided with limiter active LED indicators. The mono input channel uses a combination XLR 1/4" connectors. The mixer also has TRS inserts and direct output connectors.
The stereo inputs use individual 1/4" balanced left and right input connectors, RCA inputs and a stereo 1 USB digital or stereo 2 front panel analog inputs. The mixer's low phase-shift, wide bandwidth electronic design was designed from the company's Spectra and ProDesk products. The mixer was designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.
