Modules included in the 1802 configuration include a Native Input Card (NIC), five Universal Input Cards (UIC), two 2-D Digital Video Effects (2D-DVE) cards, a Multiviewer (MVR) card, one Universal Output Card (UOC), and one Native Aux Output Card (NAC). If you require an alternative setup using other modules, the included modules can be hot-swapped, reducing down-time. All the video processing is accomplished inside the FSN-1400 unit in real time, so there is no need for external processing hardware or software. When combined with a separately available control interface, the FSN3G 1802 becomes the centerpiece of a complete video switching solution.
