The HD-3 Tall Tripod from BOGgear is an adjustable three section tripod with rotating shooting rest. BOGgear's proprietary Switcheroo Shooting System enables use with other Switcheroo products, allowing replacement of the shooting rest with other interchangeable mounting heads in the system like a camera mount or binocular rest. Textured rubber handgrips on the upper leg section provide non-slip handling in wet conditions or when wearing gloves. The handgrips also subdue light vibrations transmitted up the tripod legs. An included Universal Shooting Rest has rubber armor to prevent damage to the firearm stock. The shooting rest also swivels 360 degrees to enhance situational readiness. Aluminum construction, rapid adjustment lever locks, and BOGgear's All-Terrain Footing System equip the HD-3 for wet or freezing conditions. A carrying case and a hex key are included.
