It runs on a single AAA battery and has reverse polarity protection circuit.
Its smooth polycarbonate and aluminum housing designed can withstand the rigors of almost any trip. It is waterproof and IPX8-rated for submersions to 6.6' and impact-resistant to drops from 3.3'. The tailcap has fine knurling for a secure grip and switching. It also features a ring with a carabiner clip for attachment to your backpack or belt loop.
