The UFM-30MUX 3G/HD/SD Digital Audio Multiplexer from For.A is a module-type digital audio multiplexer designed to superimpose 4 stereo pairs of AES/EBU signals onto 3G-SDI, HD-SDI or SD-SDI signals. One AES input feed can also be used as LTC input which also allows multiplexing time code on the ANC (ancillary data) area of the SDI output. You can freely assign any 24-channel audio source to any of the 16 embedded audio channels of SDI input. The unit includes a sample rate converter for AES/EBU inputs and enables the SDI signal input to bypass output when the power is turned off or bypass mode is selected. This unit requires the UF-112 or the UF-106B frame chassis.
