The GFS-V10 GFSTATION Flash Memory Recorder from Ikegami incorporates a flash memory board to act as a flash memory server using ON-AIR MAX technology. It features 128GB of internal flash memory and supports up to (4) hours of HD recording and playback. The unit employs MPEG-2 compression and MXF file format, which offer full HD picture resolution of 1920 x 1080. The recorder can play and record HDTV pictures with removable media, GFPAK, or with built-in memory. Beyond being a flash memory recorder, this solution incorporates VTR-like operation with the function of a tapeless system.
