The Kinotechnik LCDVF4ND LCD Viewfinder is a loupe for the Nikon D800 and D800E. It features a pair of vacuum cemented achromatic lenses with anti-reflective coating. It provides 2.2X magnification and allows the camera's LCD screen to be viewed even in bright, sunny outdoor conditions.
The LCDVF4ND features a magnetic quick-release mount that is designed to enable quick attachment and removal without incurring any wear and tear. A metal frame housed in a plastic frame clips around the LCD screen for the loupe to attach to. This frame attaches to the LCD the same way that the Nikon screen protector does, so they cannot be used simultaneously.
