The Laird Telemedia 24 VDC DUAL Input 3-Pin XLR Hot Swap Power Box is good for adding additional 24 V power. It gives the option to use two 24 V power supplies active at the same time and can change one over at any time. This auto-sensing hot swap power distribution box will automatically switch to the power supply with the higher voltage with no interruption of power output. It uses twin XLR 3-pin male inputs and a 2’ (0.61 m) XLR 3-pin female output cable. The dual LEDs in the power box simply indicate that the power is present per each input on the box top. The durable metal cabinet is machined from aircraft grade aluminum and designed to be ruggedized for production environments.
The box measures 2.5 x 3.5 x 1.5" (63.5 x 88.9 x 38.1 mm) and features a steel belt clip and a 1/4-20 threaded insert mount for easy mounting on your camera, equipment rig, or virtually anywhere.
