The black Leica X Vario Digital Camera Deluxe Kit from B&H contains the versatile X Vario advanced point-and-shoot along with the black Every Ready dedicated leather case, a 16GB SDHC UHS-I memory card, an additional BP-DC8 lithium-ion battery, and a dozen soft LCD screen protectors. The case and screen protectors allow for easy access to the camera, yet protect it from bumps or scratches, while the included memory card and extra battery benefit shooting for extended periods of time. Additionally, an extended two-year warranty is also provided for further coverage and protection for your equipment.

The X Vario features a 16.1MP APS-C-sized CMOS sensor to produce high-resolution still imagery and full HD video with notable low-light sensitivity to ISO 12500. Complementing the imaging performance is a built-in Leica Vario-Elmar 18-46mm f/3.5-6.4 ASPH lens, which provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 28-70mm to suit working in a wide variety of situations. Two aspherical elements are incorporated within the optical design to reduce chromatic aberrations and benefit overall image sharpness throughout the zoom range. The aluminum and magnesium alloy body design houses a large 3.0" 920k-dot LCD monitor, built-in flash, a hot shoe, and a dedicated Leica EVF socket for use of optional viewfinders. A fast, precise 11-point autofocus system benefits working in a variety of conditions while the 5 fps continuous shooting rate is ideal for working with fast-moving subjects.
