Use this Manfrotto MT190X3 Tripod & MH055M8-Q5 Fluid Head Kit from B&H to shoot photos and videos from as low as 3.5" above the ground.
The MT190X3 is a 3-leg-section aluminum tripod adjustable between ground level and a maximum height of 63". It has a ground-level adapter instead of a center column to allow the tripod's mounting plate to sit just 3.5" above the ground when the legs are set to their widest angle. Each leg can be positioned at four different angles to compensate for uneven ground or rough terrain.
The MH055M8-Q5 fluid head is designed with a Photo/Movie selector for switching between photo and video capture applications. It comes with a reversible pan bar that can be used in either right- or left-handed operation.
