User manual for the Motorola Talkabout MT352R 2-Way Radio (Pair) MT-352R

The user manual for the Motorola Talkabout MT352R 2-Way Radio (Pair) MT-352R provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Location Sound - 2-Way Radios.

The Motorola Talkabout MT352R 2-Way Radio (Pair) is a high-quality radio set that's ideal for hunting, camping, hiking, or any situation—outdoor or indoor—in which two-way communication is required. The radios have a range of up to 35 miles and offer 22 channel choices. They also feature a Priority Scan feature that lets you quickly find an open channel or find the channel of somebody in your party who has accidently switched channels.

The MT352 radios are durable and dust resistant. Their weatherproof design is built to withstand snow and rain. Each has a built-in flashlight, provides access to NOAA weather channels, and is equipped with an Emergency Alert feature that allows you to signal the others in your group if you need assistance.

The Push-to-Talk feature offers two power options for transmitting. When maximum power is needed, press Push-to-Talk high, which enables a power boost. If normal power will suffice, press Push-to-Talk Low. By not using the maximum power except when necessary, you're able to extend battery life.

Hands free operation is possible using the iVox feature (or the Vox feature if you're using a headset or other accessory). When it's enabled, the radio automatically transmits whenever you speak into the internal mic.

Each radio is powered by an included NiMH rechargeable battery pack. The pack offers up to 15 hours on a single charge, which is about twice as long as you'd get from a standard battery pack. You can also use 3 AA batteries, which provide similar battery life. A dual wall adapter is included for charging, and connects to the radios via their mini-USB jacks. An FCC operating license is required.
