The flashlight features a powerful 1020-lumen CREE XM-L2 U3 LED that is protected by a tempered glass window that has anti-reflection coatings on both sides to improve transmission of light. The LED lamp produces from 1 to 1020 lumens of bright white light, illuminating a path on your mission, trail, or campsite with five available lighting modes. Use the conveniently located side switch to power the light on or off, and to signal friends or rescue teams with a strobe or momentary on modes. A wireless charging dock with micro-USB cable has an LED indicator and offers a convenient way to keep the battery charged when the light is not in use. If you are in an area where electricity is not available, you can also use two CR-123A batteries.
The housing is made of lightweight and durable 6061-T6 aluminum with an impact resistance rating to 4.9'. It is also sealed to offer waterproof performance and ensure flawless operation in adverse weather conditions. The light also features a non-slip textured rubberized handle and a strong magnet located under the tailcap allows you to attach it to metal surfaces for hands-free operation. For stability on slanted surfaces, the flashlight has a built-in anti-roll ring. Also included are two spare O-rings and a steel pocket clip.
