Capture stabilized handheld and POV action footage with the FunnyGO 2 3-Axis Handheld and Wearable Gimbal Stabilizer from Pilotfly. Compatible with GoPro HERO4, HERO3+, HERO3, and similarly sized action cameras, the FunnyGO 2 provides motorized stabilization along the pan, tilt, and roll axes to produce smooth action footage. Utilizing a standard GoPro mounting interface, the gimbal unit can be attached to the included handle for handheld use, or mounted directly to a GoPro compatible mount, letting you add 3-axis stabilization to traditional POV action camera footage. In these situations, an extended cable is provided to connect the gimbal unit to the handle for power and control.
A single mode select button located on the lightweight and ergonomically designed handle lets you switch between operating modes, while a 4-way joystick lets you manually control pan and tilt. The gimbal is also equipped with a Bluetooth module to enable remote control and configuration via an Android device running the SimpleBGC32 app.
Power is supplied via three supplied 18350 unprotected batteries that fit inside the handle. Alternatively, you can use 18650 unprotected batteries using an included screw-on handle extender. To extend shooting time of your GoPro, a power output port is provided near the mounting frame, letting you pass power from the gimbal batteries to your GoPro using an ribbon charging cable.
