Both the app and web service enable many useful features like tracking your daily activity and providing feedback, measuring the intensity of your activities, and offering post-workout analysis to help reach your goals. Through the app, the Loop watch is able to alert you when you've been inactive for too long. Used together, the watch works with the app and web service to help you stay active throughout the day and get feedback. The watch displays daily activity, calories burned, steps taken, and the time of day.
The Loop Activity Tracker is also compatible with the separately sold Polar H6 and H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensors. Since the Loop Activity Tracker is water-resistant, it can be worn while swimming or in the bath or shower. The Polar Loop Activity Tracker has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for up to five days on a charge. It can be charged via USB using the included cable.
Please note that heart rate monitoring and Bluetooth connectivity will not work while the Loop is submerged in water
