The RR 840 Stethoset Receiver for Set 840-TV and Set 840-S from Sennheiser can be used as an additional receiver or replacement receiver for use with the Set 840-TV or Set 840-S listening systems. The receiver communicates with your transmitter (sold separately) via reliable RF technology, so it even gets signals through walls.
The receiver has a lightweight and comfortable design with flexible earpads. It has a large, ergonomic volume control for excellent ease-of-use. It also has balance controls so you can set the volume of each ear individually. The receiver will automatically turn on and off when it's put on and taken off to help preserve battery life. The receiver has an internal rechargeable battery, which can be recharged by docking the receiver with your Set 840 transmitter.
