The 9RU Vi Stagebox from Soundcraft/Spirit houses 64 microphone/line inputs and 32 analog outputs. It has microphone/line amp gain, 48V phantom power, and 100 Hz low-cut filter before the A-D converters can all be controlled remotely from the desk. The analog to digital and digital to analog conversion in the Vi Stagebox is at 24-bit and 48-bit resolution. The Vi Stagebox features a Madi HD link interface with two RJ45 network connections as redundancy for cabling and for splitting the Stagebox to two different consoles. The included Status interface provides two GPI/GPO connectors for external controls, and provides status indicators for troubleshooting. AES/EBU, CobraNet, Ethersound, Aviom A-Net 16, Blu Link or Dante cards are available, as well as transformer-balanced options for the microphone input cards (all sold separately). The Stagebox is ideal for use in music venues, musicians, bands, theaters, tour sound, and similar applications.
