The ergonomic and durable 10x56 HX Binocular from Steiner features high definition and fully multicoated optical elements that provide bright and crisp images. To add extra protection against dirt and water, Steiner enhanced objectives and oculars with a layer of hydrophobic coating. With a 10x magnification and 56mm objectives, you obtain higher than average magnification and increased visibility in very low light conditions. You can easily spot your targets with a wide 6.3° angular field of view and quickly bring them into focus with a large rubberized center wheel. For your convenience, the binocular offers a 5.6mm exit pupil, winged eyecups, and interpupillary and diopter adjustments.
The binocular also features a durable Makrolon polycarbonate body with a lightly contoured NBR rubber armoring that provides both external protection and a secure non-slip grip. This NBR rubber armoring is resistant to oils, abrasives, and liquid fuels. With the rugged chassis rated to withstand 11 g of impact and the housing that is waterproof and submersible to 10', you can use it in a wide range of outdoor and activities and training sessions including boating and water rafting. The binocular is also nitrogen-filled fogproof and will not fog-up because of a high humidity or changing temperatures. Also included are a rainguard, objective lens covers, a carry case, and a neoprene neck strap.
