The black AI-301DA-B Pre-Main Amplifier with Bluetooth, USB, and Digital-to-Analog Converter from Teac is capable of DSD native playback by converting 5.6 MHz DSD files received via its USB input directly into analog signals, without the need for converting them to PCM first. It supports both the ASIO2.1 and DoP (DSD over PCM) conversion methods. When receiving digital audio signals from a computer via USB cable, the unit can operate in asynchronous mode, controlling the timing of the input signal using an internal clock. With asynchronous transmission over USB, signal compromising jitter is effectively eliminated. Besides its USB audio input, the amplifier also comes with S/PDIF inputs for versatile compatibility.
