The TwelveSouth GhostStand for MacBook is a transparent stand that holds your MacBook at a height of 6" above your workspace. The stand has thin silicone rails on the top and bottom - double inlaid rails feature a narrow strip of silicone inset into a thin sliver of metal. Brushed metal rail is then machined into the lucite blades that the stand rests on. Soft silicone rails protect your work surface and also grip the bottom of your MacBook to hold it in place. Resting your computer on this stand also improves air circulation since it is elevated from the workspace. Plus, its criss-cross blades allow for easy portability.
