The Varizoom ChickenHead Flat Base Fluid Head provides fluid pan and tilt movement, supporting up to 10 pounds of camera and accessories. It is suitable for use with an available, but not included, Varizoom Chickenfoot Monopod as well as most tripods, monopods, or sliders that feature a 3/8"-16 mounting screw. It features variably adjustable fluid drag on the tilt axis, with a pan/tilt lock.
The head incorporates a bubble level and includes a single panhandle that you can mount on either side of the head via the rosettes built into the head. Additional panhandles are available separately if you wish to mount one to each side of the head.
