The user manual for the Veracity CAMSWITCH Plus 4 1 Port 802.3at PoE Network VCS-4P1 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Networking - Network Switches, Bridges & Hubs.
Specially designed for IP video networks, the Veracity CAMSWITCH Plus 4+1 Port 802.3at PoE Network Switch allows you to supply power and data to up to 4 IP cameras via CAT5, 5e, or 6 cables.
The switch can be powered via PoE or via a local DC power supply. When powered via a DC power supply, the power budget can be maximized with up to 4 PoE or non-PoE devices connected to the switch. Alternatively, the device can be powered via PoE and will support PoE devices up to a total of 25W. In the PoE powered configuration, you can also connect non-PoE devices to the switch.
