The Westcott Strobelite is a 300 effective W/s lightweight, inexpensive monolight which includes a modeling light for ease of composition as well as a reflector and mini to PC sync cord. The Strobelite recycles to full power in 2.5 seconds with action-stopping flash durations of 1 - 3 ms. The high-impact polycarbonate housing includes an integral grip handle which is especially useful with large softboxes or umbrellas.
