The large Wooden Camera Quick Kit for DSLR features a quick release, height-adjustable cage with 15mm rod support that fits large-sized DSLR cameras, such as the Canon 1D C, Nikon D4, or smaller DSLRs with battery grips attached. It attaches by one low-profile screw on bottom and shoe pinch on top. The minimalist design gives you mounting points on the top and side while leaving all of the camera's vital controls on the right grip and left side easily viewable and accessible. Fold out LCD screens can be positioned easily and viewfinder eyepieces can be utilized while cage is attached. Threaded 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 holes on the arm and top of the cage enable you to attach a variety of accessories.
The kit includes a 15mm support bracket that attaches to the quick release dovetail to support 15mm rods at the proper lens height. Also included is a a top handle that attaches to the top of the cage via a NATO rail and adds additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, as well as a sideways 15mm rod clamp, a front 15mm rod opening, and a rear 19mm rod opening.
