The 2TB SK-3501 Super-S3 External Hard Drive from Akitio features a preinstalled 3.5" SATA hard drive, offering you extra storage space for holding your files, such as images, videos and more. The drive can transfer data up to 165MB/s to a Windows or Mac computer via the enclosure's USB 3.0 or eSATA connections. This drive also features two FireWire ports that allow you to daisy-chain multiple Super-S3s, which are also made to stack on top of each other. Passive cooling for the hard drive is accomplished with a large heatsink located on the bottom of the all-aluminum enclosure. Included with the drive are eSATA, USB 3.0, FireWire 800 cables and power adapter.
