Simple and easy to use, the Mity Box 16 Channel UHF Amplified Speaker from AmpliVox Sound Systems is designed for teachers, corporate presenters, and training instructors. The Mity Box’s small and elegant speaker design is suitable for small venues. The full range performance speaker produces spacious sound that extends well beyond its physical size. Engineered for quality voice reinforcement, this speaker contains a 50W peak audio amplifier.
The Mity Box speaker can be used by itself or connected to a passive speaker for larger sound coverage using the 1/4" left and right output connectors. When used as a PA, it gives you the flexibility of 3 microphone selections. Also, you can plug in any audio source, iPod / MP3, or CD player into the 3.5mm stereo connector of this amplified speaker. There is also a control speaker output with separate volume control for the microphone and a separate volume and tone control for the line in audio source.
The Mity Box speaker comes with a wireless microphone kit that is essentially a radio transmitter and a receiver. This handheld microphone features a built-in 16-channel UHF wireless transmitter and a body pack receiver. The receiver accepts signals from the transmitter and can be plugged into any mixing console, amplifier, or other devices such as a PC / computer or camcorder.
