The user manual for the AMT ERTS 2nd-Generation Percussion Microphone System ERTS provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Live Sound - Instrument.
The ERTS from Applied Microphone Technology is a professional-quality mini condenser mic that's designed to provide the most natural sound possible. Ideal for use with hand percussion instruments and banjos, the ERTS has a special clamp with Iso-Ring technology that allows you to clip the mic to a variety of instruments with a minimal amount of handling noise. The mic has a high SPL capability, allowing it to capture peak volume levels without distortion.
The mic comes with an inline preamp, which can be placed on the floor, clipped to a belt, or placed in a pocket. The preamp requires 12-52VDC phantom power, and features a low frequency rolloff filter, as well as a 10dB pad. A protective case and 6' cable are included.
