Brighten up the underwater world with this compact black Bigblue VL5800P LED Video Dive Light Head, which features a depth rating of 328'. This is the light head only, without the required body and battery. It features 10 XML LEDs that output 580-5800 lumens, as well as 6 XPE red LEDs that lower the standard daylight-balanced color temperature of 6500K to create a warming effect so as not to alarm sealife. The light offers a run time of 3.0-30 hr with the 4-cell 18650 li-ion battery pack. Additionally, its beam provides a wide 120° angle of coverage.
Built for durability, the VL5800P has an anodized aluminum housing and a tempered optical glass emitter window. Its push-button switch enables you to power it on/off and cycle through the 4 output levels and the red LED mode. An optional ball joint allows for attachment to a lighting arm on an underwater video camera system. An optional yellow filter lowers the color temperature to about 3500K, creating a warming effect that is different from that of the red LEDs. Both the ball and filter are included with the complete light unit. The VL5800P head is interchangeable with Bigblue's TL400P and VTL5000P heads.
