The Bose SoundTouch 520 Home Theater System offers 5.1-channel surround sound and wireless and wired connectivity options. This system employs Bose ADAPTiQ audio calibration technology and incorporates a main Console unit, four Direct/Reflecting Series II speakers, a center speaker, a wireless Acoustimass module, and a SoundTouch Wireless Adapter. The wireless Acoustimass module is designed to add low bass impact to music and movies, and has a wireless range of up to 30'. The included SoundTouch Wireless Adapter connects to your wireless network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and connects to the main Console via the Bose Link connector. This allows you to stream Internet radio, available music services, and your networked music library. You can also pair your Bluetooth-enabled audio sources for wireless music streaming.
With four HDMI inputs, this system is well equipped for high-resolution component connections. There is also an HDMI output for connecting the system to an external display. For simple connectivity, an HDMI cable is included with the system. Digital optical, digital coaxial, and stereo RCA inputs are also available for interfacing additional source components. There's even a headphone output available for personal listening. In addition to using the included RF remote control, the free SoundTouch app allows you to interact with your system using the free SoundTouch app for Android and iOS smart devices.
