For some reason I'm having trouble getting it to just by opening the single sheet feed door and the other end feed out door? Any clue would be helpful because maybe I'm not not knowing how to select a setting with the buttons. It's brandnew though yes this is an older model. I wanted this for my XP machine that's no longer on line. Also I do have W10 too on another machine but do all my graphic work on the XP.
