The imagePROGRAF iPF9400S 60.0" Printer with Wired Networking from Canon is designed for printing portraits, advertisements, retail signage, and contract proofs. The printer's 8-Color LUCIA EX pigment ink set produces a wide color spectrum and yields scratch-resistant photos with smooth gradations. The new Multi-sensor improves color density detection, allows for a full calibration to be completed within 15 minutes, and enables the use of non-Canon branded media. Print borderless documents, photos, and drawings up to 60" wide and minimize ink usage with the new economy print mode. The printer optimizes the order of ink application and layering to produce the same quality prints as previous models with fewer passes, making it up to 40% faster than 12-Color imagePROGRAF Graphic Arts printers. The printer is compatible with 330 and 700 ml ink tanks and features a sub-ink tank system that allows you to replace ink tanks without stopping the printer. The iPF9400S's built-in 640 MB of memory shifts the burden of large files to the printer itself so printing large, complex files won't slow down your computer. Additionally, you can store files on the built-in 250 GB hard drive and reprint them from the printer itself.
