The user manual for the Cavision Adjustable Accessory Case for Shoulder Pad RSAP1085 provides

The Cavision Adjustable Accessory Case for Shoulder Pad attaches to a Cavision Shoulder Pad by an optional connecting piece and holds batteries, transmitters and other accessories. All Cavision RS15SP shoulder pads are compatible. The optional connecting piece is Cavision's RSP-ABC. It attaches to the accessory case and mounts the case onto the shoulder pad.
The bottom edge of the case can be adjusted in and out to better hold different-sized accessories. A strap going vertically from the top of the case to the bottom provides an additional point of security. A horizontal strap can optionally be installed onto slots on the rear. The case features several M4 threads for custom attachments. In addition to their primary uses, the accessories you add into the case will serve also to counterbalance the rig you'll be attaching to.
