necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Computer Audio - AD/DA Converters.
The Audiophile Desktop System from CEntrance, Inc. is a bundle designed to provide you with up to 24-bit/96kHz USB driven digital to analog conversion and 50 watt amplification. For audio playback from your computer system, the Audiophile Desktop System features the DACmini PX DAC with Headphone and Power Amplifiers, a pair of MasterClass 2504 Coplanar Coaxial Speakers, and a Reserve Series Banana Plug Speaker Cable.
While capable of being integrated into other audio systems, CEntrance designed the DACmini PX, the MasterClass 2504s and the Reserve Series Banana Plug Speaker Cable to be a matched system. The output of the power amp in the DACmini PX is limited to match the MasterClass 2504's power rating, which lowers the risk of clipping and distortion even when fully driven. The power amp was also tuned to match the 2504's speaker and crossover impedance, matching them for clearer output. The Reserve Series Banana Speaker Cable was designed specifically for the Audiophile Desktop System to preserve transparency and stereo imaging.
The DACmini PX digital to analog converter features playback of up to 24-bit/96kHz digital audio via its USB port. It also houses a Class A headphone amplifier and a Class D power amplifier capable of output up to 50 watts. Two RCA line inputs allow you to connect external analog audio sources such as an MP3 or CD player to unit.
The MasterClass 2504 Speakers features a speaker assembly that contains both the tweeter and woofer. This design allows the high, mid, and low frequencies to reach your ear at the same time. The simultaneous arrival time eliminates high and low frequency interference, resulting in a more accurate sound reproduction.
The Reserve Series Banana Plug Speaker Cable features gold-plated terminals for lower connection impedance and higher analog accuracy. The Audiophile Desktop DAC and Speaker System also includes a USB cable, providing all the necessary cables to set-up your computer audio system.
