The CEntrance MasterClass 2504 Coplanar Coaxial Speakers (Pair) employ a coplanar coaxial design, confining the tweeter and woofer into the same speaker assembly. This creates a single point source for all frequencies the MasterClass 2504s produce, allowing high, mid, and low frequencies to reach your ears at the same time. The simultaneous arrival eliminates interference between high and low frequencies.
The MasterClass 2504 also features a custom passive crossover network, built using oxygen free copper, core-less coil, and a low leakage printed circuit board which assures minimal phase shift and distortion when splitting the audio signal between the tweeter and woofer. The tuned bass reflex port allows for sound from the rear of the speaker to increase overall bass output, boosting the low end performance.
