This cage is preconfigured from Chrosziel's universal cage system parts and sized to fit your camera by attaching to the separately available 401-458 LWS baseplate which is specifically configured for the BMCC. The cage has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points for accessories like articulating arms, accessory rails, and handles. Attaching these accessories directly to the cage puts no extra stress on the camera body, forming a rigid and durable camera configuration. Also included is a top handle for low-mode shots or easy transport to set up your next shot. The top handle is also tapped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for additional mounting options.
