The 2RU Pro-LITE 3.0 Professional Power Amplifier from Crest Audio is designed with a resonant switch-mode power supply and a high-speed class D topology. The amplifier can be operated in parallel, stereo, or bridged mode. It features two channels with independent, fourth-order 100Hz crossovers and a power rating of 830W per channel at 4Ω stereo, and up to 3,000W bridged at 4Ω. The robust power supply is designed to allow the amplifier to deliver a consistent, stable performance with low frequencies. The Pro-Lite amplifier is built with heavy-duty circuit boards and extra-large capacitors and inductors designed to optimize 2Ω operation. The on-board protection suite includes Crest Audio's proprietary ACL (Automatic Clip Limiting) circuitry, which prevents the amplifier from sending potentially damaging clipped signals to the loudspeakers.
