The D-Link DES-1008PA 8-Port Fast Ethernet Unmanaged Desktop Switch features a total of eight 10/100 Ethernet ports and four of these ports provide a total power of 52 W for PoE devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, IP phones, and other devices. You can use the remaining four ports for adding printers, NAS drives, and computers to the network. Each Ethernet port supports auto MDI/MDIX that eliminates the need for crossover cables and intelligently adjusts the link speed for compatibility and provides optimal performance.
The DES-1008PA switch features a fanless design allowing you to work or play without unnecessary noise distractions. To help you troubleshoot network failures, this switch offers diagnostic LEDs, which display status and activity. In addition, it provides wire-speed filtering and store-and-forward switching as well as plug-in-play installation.
