The 11.6" Inspiron 11 3000 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Notebook from Dell uses a hinge design that allows you to fold the screen a full 360° and place it in tablet, stand, tent, or laptop mode in one fluid motion. The Inspiron 3000 measures just 0.83" thin and weighs just 3.1 pounds for a portable, lightweight design.
The 11.6" Truelife widescreen display of the Inspiron 3000 is driven by integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 and features a 1366 x 768 native resolution. It still maintains the 16:9 aspect ratio so 720p and 1080p HD content scales appropriately. The display also features touch support so you'll be able to utilize the multi-touch gestures incorporated into Windows 10. You can swipe, tap, and resize apps at your preference. The screen also has a glossy finish for vibrant color.
The system is powered by a 1.9 GHz Intel Core i3-4030U Dual-Core processor. It also has 4GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM, a 500GB 5400 rpm 2.5" SATA II 3 Gb/s hard drive, a 2-in-1 card reader that supports SD and MMC cards, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated 720p webcam, and digital-array microphones. There are also built-in Dell 2.0 speakers with Waves MaxxAudio 5 technology.
Windows 10 Home (64-bit) is the installed operating system. Windows 10 Home improves the user experience of Windows with several additions and changes. Cortana, Microsoft's digital assistant, is integrated into Windows 10 and is available to answer questions with information gathered from both your system and the internet. Microsoft Edge replaces Internet Explorer and the Windows Store is now unified to include apps for PCs, tablets, and phones. There is also the Windows Continuum and Xbox One streaming and integration for supported games.
