The C3KX-NM-10G Network Module from Cisco is a network module for uplink ports compatible with the Cisco 3750-X and 3560-X series switches. The module has four slots, two can be used to support 1-GB SFP modules, while the other two slots support both 1-GB SFP and 10 GB SFP+ modules. The four slots are arranged as two pairs of each slot, though a 10-GB SFP+ module cannot operate at the same time as the corresponding 1-GB SFP module in the pair. The SFP+ interface is designed to support 10GB-E and GB-E allowing users to use whichever technology they currently have on hand. The four uplink modules are hot swappable.
