The user manual for the Flolight CycLight CYCLITE provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Lighting & Studio - Continuous Lighting - LED Lights.
The CycLight from FloLight is a single-fixture, LED light solution for greenscreen shooting. The CycLight greatly eases the shooting of greenscreen by producing smooth, even light intensity without hot spots. With the CycLight, you can simplify your lighting set-up by using just one light instead of using multiple units in an effort to get the necessary even coverage.
The FloLight is designed to be floor or ceiling mounted. When placed 2-3' from the background the benefits of the Cyclight's innovative technology become apparent. The CycLight features three high-power 40W LED emitters and uses the proprietary Light Wave lens technology to limit the amount of light closest to the floor (or ceiling) but progressively increases the output as it climbs the background for an evenly lit greenscreen. The unit can be angled to aid in evening out the light.
Because the LEDs are green, the light saturates the greenscreen more fully than a white light would do. The Cyclight also has an onboard dimmer for controlling the overall intensity of the unit. Three internal fans ensure quiet, cool operation. The unit has 3 1/4"-20 threaded holes in its base so clamps can be attached and allowing for overhead mounting. It also has a carry handle and face cover for safe transport.
