The Foma Fomafix P (1 L) is a two-component, one-bath, universal acid powder fixer with hardener. It is made for the manual processing of all black and white films and papers. In 2.5 cups (600 ml) of water at 104° F (40° C), dissolve the contents of the larger and then the smaller bag and add water until the total volume reaches 3.2 cups (750 ml) for film or 4.2 cups (1 liter) for paper. The approximate fixing times at 68° F (20° C) are 10 min for films and 3.0 to 5.0 min for paper. The working solution prepared is enough to fix 15 perforated films (135-36) or roll films (120), a corresponding amount of sheet films (up to 35 5.0 x 7.0" / 12.7 x 17.8 cm sheets), or 21.5 sq. ft (2.0 sq. m) of photo papers.
