The HyLight Barn Door and Combo Color Filter from Frezzolini is a barn door set with a fast onboard solution to light balancing. Instantly change the color temperature from 3,200 or 5,600K with the flick of a wrist. Two conversion filters made of optical dichroic glass are built into hinged frames that swing into place in front of the Hylight. Unlike gels that absorb light and reduce output, dichroic glass correction filters are known for high transmittance with near-negligible light loss when correcting color temperature. Use the remaining barndoor leaves to control spill light and direct the beam of light. The accessory can be freely rotated 360°.
