Etch from Fxpansion is a dual filtering effect plug-in with four switchable circuit models, additional distortion, compression, and an intuitive modulation system. The software's DSP algorithms are based on DCAM circuit-modeling technology and the company's TransMod modulation system allows for modulating almost all of the parameters using a variety of sources including LFOs, an envelope follower, and other modulators. The plug-in also provides a secondary side-chain input and full MIDI control in compatible hosts.
