The user manual for the Glide Gear G-224 Universal 2-in-1 Tripod and Monopod GG 224 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Tripods, Supports & Rigs - Tripods & Accessories - Tripod Legs.
This 2-in-1 Tripod/Monopod from Glide Gear is adjustable from 16" to 56" and supports up to 7 lb in tripod mode. The center column and one of the tripod legs are both removable and attach to each other into a 26" - 56" monopod. The payload in tripod mode is 7 lb, and in monopod mode 4 lb. The mounting platform (top of the center column) features a 3/8"-16 mounting screw. This tripod/monopod is very lightweight at just 2.7 lb.
