Whether you are on pavement or out on the trail, you can stay hydrated with the mercury / ash / yellow Quickshot 70 Hydration Pack from High Sierra. This pack has a 2 liter reservoir to provide you with plenty of water when you are on the go, and features a wide opening that is easy to fill and clean. The BPA-free construction features an antimicrobial coating to inhibit bacteria growth. An insulated hose cover helps keep the tube free of ice when it is cold out so you can stay hydrated even in the colder months.
More than just a way to hold water, this pack also stores plenty of gear for a day hiking or biking in warmer climates. A hinged front pocket holds your helmet, and adjusts with a quick-release compression strap to make sure it stays put. The front zippered pocket holds bicycle tools, accessories or media player so you can listen to your music while you are on the move. Helping you stay dry during your athletic activities is a HEX-VENT mesh padded shoulder strap and back panel that promotes airflow. Compression straps on the sides help condense your load and minimize sway, and the tuck-away waist strap can be employed for that task as well. A reflective loop holds a blinking bike light to increase your visibility at night for additional safety.

|Originally I was excited to purchase the High Sierra Quickshot 70 while I was in Oregon 2016 for an adventure living in high tech tree house for a week. Hiking, Ziplining, Exploring during the day. This was my first ever hydration pack. The bite valve leaked after 2months. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of gear from Northface, Kelty, Alpine Lowe, Lange, Dynastar, Joe Rocket, Shoei, etc. and never experienced something like this. I set the pack aside and recently bought a High Sierra bite valve (shut off type), it doesn't f it! So, I have a cool hydration pack that I cannot use. I would have paid another 10 or 20 dollars to High Sierra for a quality bite valve, instead of this hassle. |
