The Vega Dual Lighting Kit for GoPro from Ikelite bundles 2 Vega LED Video + Photo Dive Lights with USA chargers, an aluminum Steady Tray for GoPro, a GoPro mount, 2 quick-release handles, 2 flex arms, and a pistol grip. The camera is sold separately, but everything else you need for smooth, colorful underwater video capture is included in this package. Like all Ikelite products, the kit is designed, built, and tested in the USA.
The Vega LED Video + Photo Dive Light is useful as a video, macro photography, focusing, or backup dive light and has a depth rating of 300'. It outputs a maximum of 2200 lumens at a beam angle of 65° and a color temperature of 5700K. Output can be reduced to 1100 lumens (1/2 power) or 550 lumens (1/4 power) via the large, easy-to-turn dial on the rear of the light. Run time is up to 45 min on high power or 180 min on low power with the built-in lithium-ion battery, which is recharged via the supplied 100-240VAC USA charger. Two gold-plated, independently waterproofed charging ports are hidden when the switch is in the safety lock position. Additionally, the light features 46mm front threads enabling the attachment of optional color filters.
The Steady Tray for GoPro gives you a platform to attach accessories to enhance the GoPro underwater experience. It's made of anodized aluminum for resistance to corrosion. The supplied pistol grip mounts to the bottom of the tray to help steady the shot for clear, blur-free video capture. The bundled right and left-hand quick-release handles, which are also made of anodized aluminum, offer rubberized grips, improved handling, and mounting points for the included flex arms, which hold the lights and allow for versatile maneuvering and positioning.
