This K-Tek K-CCR is for use with internally coiled XLR cables. It attaches to the end of a boomplole in replacement of the standard Mushroom base, and provides an XLR male side-exit connector. The mushroom base then attaches to the bottom of the K-CCR, allowing the pole to rest vertically on the ground without damaging the cable.
